  • CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. However, once you receive your items, you can return them for a refund by following our return policy.
  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
    • Our shipping takes 3-7 business days. Pre-orders can take 15-30 days to fulfill and ship.
  • WHY IS SHIPPING TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL?
    • Because we ship from various warehouses from different locations, customers can expect a delay in shipping. Additionally, due to COVID-19, there may be additional delays due to the backlog currently within each courier network.   • WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ADVISING ME THAT AN ITEM IN MY ORDER WAS OUT OF STOCK?
    • We will be happy to refund you of the missing item(s) and complete the rest of your order.
